Sample Qigong Practice Session Outline

Below is a sample outline of a Qigong practice session. If you have organization ideas for a practice session, we would love to review them and share them with others. Please e-mail The Healer Within Community with any practices session ideas you wish to share.

Beginning [5 -10 Minutes]

  • Welcome students
  • Introductions and announcements
  • Allow time for participants to settle in.

Create Intention for the Class by Calming the Mind [5 Minutes]

  • Relaxing the body
  • Deepening or just noticing the breath
  • Suggest a mental focal point for practice
Qigong Practice [20 Minutes]

Relaxation [10 Minutes]
