Revitalize with Qigong-- Celebrate Summer Solstice and Our New Location

Revitalize with Qigong and celebrate Summer Solstice with Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi teachers, Dennis Furuike, and Rhonda Richey, and joined by Healer Within Community Member, Eugenia Gardender. Participants will take home a simple regimen, to create optimum health and harmonize with the juicy, abundance of Summer.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Come a few minutes early to sign in.

WHERE: Buddhist Church of Santa Barbara, 1015 E Montecito St, Santa Barbara, CA 93103. Park in the lot or on the street.

We are moving the location of the Community Qigong Practice Session to the Buddhist Church of Santa Barbara for approximately 3 months starting June 25. Presidio Springs, at 721 Laguna St., where we currently hold the practice session, will be undergoing extensive remodeling, according to Scott Wexler, Presidio Springs Resident Coordinator.
